Job Responsibilities

1.Local Execution Strategy for Marketing Resources: Plan content for digital media DM and manage agencies to enhance brand awareness and engagement; coordinate the implementation of IMC through online channels. Manage the deployment of marketing resources and review their effectiveness, taking responsibility for ROI. 2.Management of E-commerce Brand Stores Matrix: Oversee official flagship stores on major online platforms in Indonesia, as well as authorized dealer stores, and plan their promotions and collaborations. Form a brand matrix for online sales; maintain PR relationships with various platforms to obtain subsidies and other support. Be responsible for overall online revenue growth and enhancement. 3.Responsible for the daily operations and business analysis of official flagship stores and other brand-managed outlets, implementing local store operations and strategies for brand self-operated stores; achieve a balance between revenue from self-operated stores and partner stores. 4.Establishment of local marketing/online teams, and organic interaction and cooperation with national packaging partners.

Job Requirements

1.At least three years of experience in a marketing or branding role, with a preference for candidates who have worked in cross-border e-commerce or overseas companies. 2.Possess the ability to plan online brand activities, with experience in integrated marketing for new product launches and major festive events. 3.Strong data insight, comprehensive management skills, and team collaboration awareness, able to communicate across departments. 4.Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.
