Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for expanding new regions and industries in the overseas market, collecting project information, securing contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. 2. Ensure contract quality, negotiate contracts with clients, and address mandatory revisions during contract reviews. Ensure clarity on contract gross profit, payment ratios, and payment timelines. Participate in the selection and negotiation with subcontractors. 3. Responsible for the timely collection of advance payments. Assist the engineering and legal departments in collecting progress payments and historical overdue amounts. Participate in project final settlement and recovery of final settlement payments. 4. Track and ensure that subsequent company services, performance, and implementation work are timely and effective, and manage risk control and crisis public relations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, architecture, mechanical engineering, or related fields. 2. Familiar with marketing processes and channels, with the ability to develop and maintain large clients. 3. Good communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, logical analysis abilities, and business negotiation skills. 4. Experience in sales of construction materials, engineering machinery, or related products in the industry or with well-known enterprises is preferred. 5. Willingness to be stationed abroad for extended periods, such as in Saudi Arabia, Mongolia, Morocco, etc. 6. CET-6 English proficiency, capable of using English as a working language.
