Job Responsibilities
1. Monitor and coordinate the review process at each stage of new product projects, validate process-related issues, design and verify tooling, attend phase review meetings during development, and prepare assembly work instructions. 2. Develop and maintain assembly and equipment operation process documentation. 3. Design assembly process procedures and establish time standards. 4. Conduct process analysis for new products, resolve issues during pilot runs, and improve related process documentation. 5. Resolve assembly technical challenges and drive on-site quality and efficiency improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. - Familiarity with IATF 16949 quality management systems. - Knowledge of electromechanical equipment structures with basic troubleshooting skills. - Proficiency in design software such as CAD and SolidWorks, with the ability to independently develop process operation specifications. - Strong English proficiency is a plus.
