Job Responsibilities
As a team leader, you are responsible for providing professional and disciplinary guidance to employees and reporting to the department manager. You are actively involved in the planning and achievement of objectives (short, medium and long term) and are responsible for the Group's budget and cost planning. They develop and implement long-term human resource development plans and adjust in time to changing market and framework conditions. They guide and support employees to complete tasks primarily through feedback conversations and ensure the ongoing development of work processes and employee potential within the team. You will delegate tasks to the team, motivate team members, and be conflict-oriented.
Job Requirements
Your professional mastery of all project-related topics, as well as knowledge of the use of planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Kanban), has been demonstrated in the project. You can demonstrate that you have successfully completed university studies in the fields of (Economics) Computer Science, Business administration, Electrical Engineering). Your excellent communication skills, coupled with tailored persuasion skills, make you qualified to lead a team of experts.
