Job Description Primary Homeroon/Secondary ESL Teacher Target Date: August 2023 Working Visa only ⅰ. Working time : 8hours Monday to Friday ⅱ. Teaching Hours: around 20-25 teaching periods per week ⅲ. Prepare lesson plans according to the school requirements, have flexible and diverse teaching methods, and can efficiently complete the teaching tasks. ⅳ. English Medium language English and co-teach science, math and social studies. Compensation& Benefits ⅰ. Monthly salary before tax: -Teaching position: Competitive salary ⅱ. Full payment for winter and summer vacations ⅲ. Two-year employment contract bonus (approx. one month’s salary before tax) ⅳ. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights. (China - home country) ⅴ. Job Requirements

Requirements: ⅰ. Qualified with at least a Bachelor’s degree in education or PGCE, and a teaching certificate where applicable(Tesol or Tefl there are not what is required) ⅱ. Over three years of successful full-time teaching experienceStrong ability of English and Chinese Bilingual Teaching (For Chinese Applicants) ⅲ. A truly international perspective and cross-cultural competence and Willing to work in collaboration with colleagues to establish a positive school culture ⅳ. Effective communication and engagement with children and their families Desired Experience in respective IB program and respective subjects teaching Preferred subject Leader, IBE, workshop leader, site visit team member,examiner, moderator Experience teaching emergent bilingual learners Given the Coronavirus pandemic and the current border and visa restrictions, our preference is to find candidates who are currently working/living in Mainland China or hold a Chinese permanent residence permit.
