Job Responsibilities
Work closely with workforce agencies to support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding and offboarding activities. Maintain and update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status. Define and implement internal HR practices that secure compliance with labor laws. Responsible for recruitment including job ad posting, candidate selection, interview arrangement, prepare offer package and etc. Provide guidance to expats in regards of visa application process, documenting requirements and timeline. Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration. At least 3 years of experience in HR generalist. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience in data input. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team.
