Job Responsibilities
1. Develop the overall operational strategy for the brand on the TikTok platform, ensuring alignment with the company's business goals and brand values. 2. Responsible for sales operations in North America on TikTok, including store sales operations, live streaming planning, promotional activities, and content planning. 3. Build and manage the TikTok operations team, effectively controlling team efficiency and driving high-quality projects. 4. Have an in-depth understanding of TikTok platform rules and algorithms, with a profound understanding of overseas market cultures and user behaviors.

Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, New Media, or related fields. 2. Over 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce platform operations management, with at least 3 years of experience in TikTok platform and store operations management; experience in brand sales and a focus on the North American market is preferred. 3. Excellent business negotiation skills, cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities, project management skills, data analysis capabilities, and a certain level of brand thinking. 4. Proficiency in English as a working language.
