Job Responsibilities

1. Review and evaluate customer specifications, drawings, orders, and other documents, providing solutions and recommendations based on the review results. 2. Conduct technical experimental validation on the company’s current and planned production products, processes, and workflows, while documenting relevant processes and data. Analyze experimental results and propose improvement suggestions. 3. Propose modifications or discontinuation of existing process schemes and workflows based on industry and company requirements. 4. Develop operation manuals and maintenance plans for the company’s instruments, experimental equipment, and production equipment.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher. 2. At least 3 years of experience in the optical communication industry; clear thinking and proactive work attitude. 3. Familiar with production processes and equipment; knowledge of lean production, process improvement, and process development is preferred. 4. Eligible candidates may be considered for Senior Engineer or Process Manager positions.
