Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand promotion plan covering online and offline channels to promote brand awareness and influence; - Good at building brand strategy, including brand positioning, value proposition, brand image and communication strategy, to ensure that the brand matches the market demand and the company's business development; - Organize internal and external workshops regularly to share brand strategies and enhance brand awareness and recognition of the team and partners; - Pay attention to industry trends and market changes, conduct regular brand performance evaluation and competitive analysis, and optimize brand strategy; - Cooperate across departments to ensure the consistency of brand communication and efficient execution.
Job Requirements
7 years or above experience in brand building and promotion, especially rich experience in the process of building start-up brands; - Have the ability to manage the whole process from planning to implementation, and can flexibly respond to the rapidly changing market environment; - Keen insight into brand building, able to combine industry trends and market needs to innovatively promote brand strategy; - With overseas background or brand building experience in international markets, able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment; - Fluent in English, multilingual ability is preferred.
