Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for all-round support and coordination for overseas customers or dealer after-sales teams; 2. Responsible for overseas equipment installation, training and solving after-sales problems; 3. Improve customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of equipment use; 4. Responsible for collecting, feedback and summarizing after-sales problems to the company; 5. Provision of after-sales technical support materials.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in new energy, electrical, automation and other related majors is preferred. 2. More than 2 years of after-sales work experience in new energy/electrical products, overseas work experience is preferred. 3. Proficient in the working principle and technical performance of new energy products, and be able to independently complete the fault diagnosis and maintenance of products. 4. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate fluently with overseas customers. 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and sense of service, and be able to adapt to overseas business trips.
