Job Responsibilities
* Build TPM business model for TalentOrg, figure out how TPMs work in remote teams. * Create guidelines and standards for management of TPM team and remote engineering team. * Translate customer requirements into technical tasks. Work with remote engineering team to ensure the progress of the development plan. * Track and manage program staffing, communicating staffing status updates to the customer as needed.
Job Requirements
* Computer-related majors with bachelor's degree or above, open minded and good at solving open-ended question. * Must have good English listening and speaking skills, be able to use English to communicate with customers barrier-free, and be able to discuss product requirements and technical work in English. * Five years of experience in front-end, back-end or full process development, three years of experience in managing a team of 10 or more people; client-side development experience preferred. * Proficient in at least one development language and familiar with development, testing, and O&M processes and specifications. * Leading a team or leading the development of core modules and architecture design, with good team management skills and cross-departmental communication skills. * Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills.
