Job Responsibilities

1. Formulate the development strategy of the Italian market according to the development needs of the platform and the supply advantages of the European market, and lead the team to promote the business; 2. Have experience in merchant investment and operation, and carry out targeted operations according to the scale and characteristics of merchants to meet the needs of the platform for supply; 3. Master the market situation and industry characteristics of Italy, especially luxury products; Insight into the operation dynamics of competitors, analysis of platform user composition and hot-selling categories, mining business opportunities, and promoting the growth of various projects; 4. According to the characteristics of local Italian businesses, new business models can be created and promoted to obtain more supply; 5. Collaborate with internal teams in the industry, supply chain, and products, combine seller/operation pain points and promote the implementation of optimization solutions, and continue to improve customer experience.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in investment promotion and operation of cross-border e-commerce platforms, luxury category and operation experience is preferred; 2. Excellent English ability, European work or life experience, understanding of European trend culture and business resources, and other European second-language ability such as Italian plus points; 3. Clear logic, methodology, and good 0-1 project success cases in the past; 4. Strong internal drive, proactive, good at communication, strong project coordination ability, good at cross-departmental work promotion; 5. Keen sense of market and data, excellent ability to analyze and disassemble data, and can plan and implement the medium and long-term business layout of the market from the perspective of operation; 6. Experience in team management.
