Job Responsibilities

- Lead selected product lines and become the “product category expert” within smart home - Work with a cross-functional team that includes product, sales, marketing, customer support, to define, develop, and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive awareness and maximize sales globally - Formulate product strategies and execution plans for given product categories and suggest hardware and software product features based on targeted regions, audience, and channel segments - Develop product launch playbooks that maximize effectiveness and revenue of new product for both hardware and software launches - Manage the product roadmap and product launch timelines to ensure that all necessary marketing and sales related materials are ready in time - Assist and lead aspects of tradeshows such as product automations, selling points - Potentially assist with product livestreams or product demos for channel marketing or sales campaigns - Pre product launch Perform extensive product research for multiple regions; communicate with product team regarding findings and recommendations Draft and distribute product and brand surveys to Aqara partners, distributors, and end users in order to gain deeper insight and improve customer satisfaction Coordinate beta testing with Aqara user community globally; analyze user feedback and communicate to product team Perform product pricing analysis and present findings to product and sales team - Product Launch Responsible for successfully implementing product launch, educate other department on product selling points Assist other marketing and sales members on product marketing materials including product selling points, product demos, installation videos, training, proofreading site content and packaging related materials, etc. Align product marketing copy with Aqara’s brand, VI, voice, and creative guidelines - Post Launch and other tasks  Regularly communicate with hardware and software teams within the Company regarding critical issues, bug list, and new app features
