Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for developing and implementing the annual human resources key work plan for the Thai factory. 2. Responsible for organizing the preparation, revision, and implementation of human resources management and general affairs logistics related rules and processes. 3. Responsible for managing the full recruitment process for the Thai factory, ensuring recruitment and onboarding rates, and improving recruitment quality. 4. Responsible for leading the development of the annual training plan, ensuring alignment between the training plan and actual job requirements, and overseeing implementation. 5. Responsible for participating in the planning and discussion of key annual training projects and guiding their implementation. 6. Responsible for guiding and supervising human resources system work, improving employment compliance, and reducing employment risks. 7. Responsible for guiding employee relations work, promptly identifying and addressing employee reasonable demands, enhancing the overall work atmosphere, and increasing employee loyalty. 8. Responsible for promoting corporate culture and implementing related activities, guiding employees to work towards the company's development goals. 9. Responsible for organizing the company's performance management work, including goal setting, evaluation feedback, bonus calculation, and distribution. 10. Responsible for maintaining relationships with the Thai government and labor departments, staying informed about policy changes. 11. Participate in the development of various human resources policies, including promotions, bonuses, and salary adjustments, to guide employee behavior. 12. Strengthen employees' understanding and recognition of the company through corporate culture and employee relations work, enhancing employee sense of belonging. 13. Use engagement surveys and other methods to understand employee reasonable demands and assist in resolving them. 14. Responsible for organizing semi-annual company-level performance review meetings and following up on and implementing meeting resolutions. 15. Produce human resources analysis reports, including but not limited to monthly reports, semi-annual reports, and special reports.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time undergraduate degree or above, major not limited, fluent in Thai in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; English is a plus. 2. Over eight years of experience in human resources, with at least five years in human resources management in manufacturing. 3. Experience in the six major modules of human resources, proficient in at least one module, recruitment experience preferred. 4. Experience in setting up personnel in Thai factories preferred; experience in recruitment and system setup from scratch preferred. 5. Familiar with Thai labor laws and regulations, with the ability to avoid related legal risks. 6. Quick learning and adaptability, with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to the industry in which the company operates. 7. Coordination and communication skills, with the ability to organize and coordinate in complex multi-party environments. 8. Analytical thinking ability, with the ability to systematically analyze problems and seek reasonable solutions. 9. Results-oriented, with the ability to deliver results, follow through on commitments, and ensure outcomes. 10. Team management, with the ability to build and manage a human resources team and enhance the department's support for the business.
