Job Requirements 1. Educational Background • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in International Trade, Business English, or related fields. 2. Work Experience • Over 5 years of experience in foreign trade within the die-casting industry and 3 years in managing foreign trade teams. • Familiar with international trade processes and relevant laws and regulations, with proven success in foreign trade business development. • Possess overseas client resources, supply chain networks, and industry connections. 3. Professional Skills • Strong market analysis, marketing strategy, and business negotiation skills. • Comprehensive understanding of foreign trade business development. • Effective in team building and management, communication, coordination, and leadership. • Extensive experience in organizing overseas exhibitions, direct client visits, market development, and information gathering. 4. Personal Attributes • Highly responsible and dedicated, capable of handling work pressure. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Keen market insight, innovative thinking, and a proactive approach to exploring new markets.
