Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for expanding the company's brand business in the European market (Germany, France, Italy, Spain). 2. Explore and collect market information, regularly produce market research reports, and develop appropriate market strategies. 3. Develop sales plans based on sales targets and ensure the achievement of sales objectives. 4. Develop, maintain, and manage brand channel distributors in the region. 5. Enhance customer satisfaction, improve customer relationships, and be responsible for brand awareness and reputation. 6. Lead regional GTM and retail management, deeply penetrate the regional market. 7. Represent the company at overseas exhibitions and visit regional clients.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience, fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); oral fluency is essential. 2. 3 years of brand sales experience in consumer electronics, with experience in the e-cigarette industry preferred. 3. Strong market analysis, business development skills, and excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving abilities; diligent and responsible. 4. Experience in channel development, management, and retail operations. 5. Familiar with the Asia-Pacific market and capable of independently visiting clients. 6. Ability to independently manage key markets and experience in local team operations and management.
