Job Responsibilities

1. Support pre-sales work for major industry clients, accurately identify customer needs and provide targeted solutions to promote customer conversion. 2. Be familiar with product solutions from various departments within the company and flexibly integrate them based on customer requirements. 3. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry-related product solutions, while continuously promoting improvements to internal product solutions. 4. Collaborate with business departments to develop business strategies, maintain client relationships, and contribute to customer success. 5. Take on some project delivery responsibilities as needed, including conducting customer needs assessments, preparing requirement documentation, managing the project process, coordinating with internal development resources, and ensuring smooth project execution through client communication.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 2. 5 years of work experience, with 3 years of overseas experience. Candidates with project management and implementation experience in industries such as overseas telecommunications, smart communities/campuses, smart buildings, and smart security are preferred. 3. Familiar with IoT hardware, software, platform-related product business architectures, and capable of anticipating and planning for project implementation and application challenges. 4. Basic understanding of cloud computing, big data, and cloud-native technology architecture. 5. Clear logical thinking, strong verbal and written communication skills, with quick decision-making, organizational planning abilities, and excellent presentation skills.
