Job Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. Ability to understand IRS acronyms. Basic knowledge of reading and understanding MSA and SLA contract details. Working knowledge of PWA (Prevailing Wage). Understanding of labor classifications from the Department of Labor. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a detail-oriented and proactive approach to issue resolution. Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Airtable experience is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
