Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement market expansion strategies, establish and maintain relationships with clients and partners, build business platforms, and guide the sales team in business development. 2. Research industry trends, collect competitor information, provide market expansion advice to the company, and assist in formulating marketing strategies. 3. Drive business development, create and execute marketing plans, guide the sales team in business expansion, and achieve sales targets. 4. Build and maintain the company's image and brand, enhance the company's visibility and reputation. 5. Oversee internal training and team building, improve employees' business skills and overall quality. 6. Manage and motivate departmental staff, improve team performance. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the company and assist in setting annual business goals and strategies.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Environmental Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields. 2. Over 5 years of marketing experience with extensive market development experience; familiar with marketing methods and techniques. 3. Familiar with sales channels in environmental protection, municipal, and industrial water treatment sectors; has unique insights into company marketing strategies. 4. Possess strong data analysis skills, capable of analyzing and optimizing marketing data. 5. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to effectively communicate with team members and clients. 6. Positive attitude, willing to take on challenges, and able to handle significant work pressure.
