Job Responsibilities
1. According to the development strategy, assist the district general organization to formulate and implement the human resources plan corresponding to the company's plan; 2. Be responsible for providing suggestions on human resources, organization and other aspects to the decision-making level, establishing and optimizing the group administration and human resources management, and improving the company's comprehensive management level; 3. Reasonably allocate personnel according to post requirements, and control the cost of human resources; 4. Be responsible for the construction of the company's senior key personnel team; 5. Establish and maintain human resources and administrative management rules, regulations and processes, promote the spread of the company's philosophy and corporate culture, enhance the company's team cohesion, and improve employees' work enthusiasm and efficiency; 6. Reception of important guests and organization and preparation of major events; 7. Timely handle major personnel and administrative issues in the company's management process; 8. Other daily work of administrative personnel.
Job Requirements
1. 30-45 years old, bachelor degree or above, major in business administration, administrative management, human resource management or related; 2. Proficient in using office software, with strong communication skills.
