Job Responsibilities
Engage with prospective residential or C&I clients regularly to comprehensively understand their needs, both in terms of technical specifications and financial considerations Gather and disseminate market intelligence from the field to inform and refine residential or C&I sales strategies Maintain accurate account forecasts, ensuring the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other relevant databases are up to date Collaborate with the strategic account leadership team to devise and execute strategies aimed at positioning LONGi's products and brand as premier offerings within the residential sector Plan, coordinate, and actively participate in client events, addressing specific customer requests, and facilitating activities that reinforce and cultivate strong client relationships. This may involve on-site visits to assess installations alongside clients Capitalize on the unique features and strengths of our products and services to meet customer needs and foster enduring partnerships Innovate and propose creative solutions tailored to residential clients, ensuring their evolving requirements are met while nurturing long-term associations
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher Demonstrated proficiency in managing intricate contractual negotiations involving various stakeholders, preferably within the PV module or renewable energy sector Proven experience in value-based selling and crafting comprehensive account development strategies Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and individuals Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both French and English
