Job Responsibilities
Brand Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and equity in target markets. Create and manage promotional content for digital and offline platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Support product launches by crafting compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content. Market Insights and Strategy: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Collaborate with sales and product development teams to tailor strategies for regional preferences. Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, R&D, and production, to align marketing activities with business objectives. Partner with external vendors and agencies for advertising and promotional needs. Liaise with headquarters and regional teams to ensure seamless communication and consistent messaging. Regulatory and Localization: Adapt marketing content to meet regulatory and cultural requirements in target markets. Oversee minor visual and textual modifications to promotional materials for local markets.
Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management tools, CRM software). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Basic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus. Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or a related field. Prior exposure to consumer goods, food, or beverages is advantageous.
