Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Channel clients.Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our energy storage solutions through proposals and presentations. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and service teams, to ensure customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the energy storage market.
Job Requirements
More than 5 years of Sales experience, more than 3 years of successful experience in sales channel construction, management, operation and maintenance of inverter, energy storage, optical storage system products. Have certain local distribution channel resources (TOP10 customers), familiar with the policies and planning, demand situation, competitive situation of major inverter, energy storage, optical storage system markets, and have a clear idea of channel system development and successful practical experience. Strong local market development and management ability, strong business negotiation ability. Strong sense of responsibility, good observation ability, good team spirit and good professional quality. Proficiency and use of German and English to start business communication with customers.
