Job Responsibilities
1. Respond to customer inquiries regarding pre-sales and post-sales issues via email. 2. Ensure the normal operation of company accounts and social media platforms. 3. Handle relevant market development for the company. 4. Complete other tasks assigned by the department leader.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or higher, proficient in office software, and possesses some network knowledge. 2. Relevant language proficiency certificates and strong letter writing skills. 3. Good execution ability, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent customer service awareness. 4. Recent graduates with strong learning abilities are welcome; one-on-one paid training is provided.
