Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the personnel and administration related business of the quantum team, getting familiar with the strategy of the business department, making organizational diagnosis, providing suggestions, planning and participating in the implementation of the strategy; 2. Provide personnel and administrative support for the business team, organize regular inventory, and provide effective solutions for the business department in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary, employee relations and other aspects; 3. Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English. 2. More than five years of personnel administration management experience, familiar with HR process system, have precipitation in a module such as recruitment / performance management / employee relations / organizational development; 3. Quantum enterprise background or security industry background is preferred;
