Job Responsibilities

1，Assist the Dutch Financial Director in daily accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of financial data. 2，Responsible for the daily bank entry journal for payments of the Dutch company, as well as regular reconciliation of accounting entries under different standards, ensuring timely and accurate financial data entry. 3，Retain relevant supporting documents for accounting records as required by regulations, including accounting books and supporting documents, in both paper and electronic form. 4，Assist the business department in reviewing sales contracts for transit trade of the Dutch company, regularly update sales status previews, and oversee the execution of sales contracts. 5，Handle internal reconciliation, accounts receivable/payable management, and provide relevant data to assist in preparing value-added tax reports and intra-EU sales reports, ensuring timely submission to the Dutch Tax Authorities. 6，Assist in financial analysis of subsidiaries, manage subsidiary budgets, management reports, and financial conditions, improve subsidiary financial processes, and provide technical support to subsidiaries. 7，Assist in handling general office matters related to the Dutch company, including document management, administrative reception, meeting arrangements, and record-keeping.

Job Requirements

1，Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting, with 2+ years of work experience in finance or auditing roles. 2，8+ years of industry experience, familiar with international accounting standards and Dutch accounting standards. 3，Possess excellent accounting skills, proficient in using office software such as Excel, SAP. 4，Strong learning ability, communication skills, and team collaboration spirit, as well as planning and execution capabilities. 5，Good Dutch or English language skills, able to communicate effectively across cultures.
