Job Responsibilities

1. Participate in analyzing and making decisions on important company matters, conducting risk assessments, guidance, tracking, and financial risk control for the company’s production, business development, and external investments, and providing financial analysis and decision-making support. 2. Coordinate relationships with government departments such as finance and taxation, safeguard company interests, and minimize and avoid financial risks. 3. Review financial statements and submit financial management reports to the company. 4. Develop job responsibilities for various positions within the finance department, oversee team building, and provide recommendations for staff allocation, training, and performance evaluation. 5. Coordinate relationships between the finance department and other departments, and resolve disputes. 6. Complete various tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields, aged 45 or below. 2. Proficient in office software and large-scale financial ERP management software. 3. 5-10 years of work experience, with experience in the manufacturing industry preferred. 4. Overseas work experience is an advantage.
