Job Responsibilities
• Prepare annual and quarterly maintenance plans for plant equipment and power lines to ensure equipment operation efficiency and production continuity. • Prepare plant equipment operating procedures and maintenance and overhaul procedures to ensure that equipment operation is standardized and safe in accordance with OSHA (U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration) requirements. • Organize and execute the daily maintenance, maintenance and inspection work of the equipment to ensure that the equipment is in good running condition, and make maintenance and inspection records. • Organize the major, medium and minor repair work of the equipment, ensure that the equipment is completed on time, and make maintenance records. • Make equipment spare parts demand plan to ensure timely supply of spare parts and reduce equipment downtime. • Participate in the development of equipment overhaul technical plan and equipment renovation plan to ensure that the technical plan conforms to the local regulations and industry standards in the United States. • Participate in the quality acceptance, installation and commissioning of equipment and spare parts to ensure that the equipment meets the production requirements. • Implement group/department systems and processes, make recommendations for improvement, and ensure efficiency and compliance of equipment management. • Manage all data and daily work records related to equipment management to ensure information integrity and traceability. • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management to support the daily operation and strategic objectives of the plant.
Job Requirements
• Education: College degree or above, major is not limited, mechanical engineering, automation, materials science, food engineering and other related majors are preferred. • Experience: 3-5 years of food plant equipment management experience, from 0 to 1 plant construction experience is preferred. • Language skills: Proficient in Chinese and English (written and spoken), able to communicate effectively with managers. • Regulatory knowledge: Familiar with US OSHA regulations and FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) requirements to ensure equipment management compliance. • Local work status is preferred
