Job Responsibilities

1. The agent or guild (India or Turkey) responsible for recruiting and importing live broadcast scenes from overseas, responsible for the quantity and quality of hosts. 2. Considering the local situation and social ecology of each country, make the localization development strategy, coordinate with the local team to maintain the number of high-quality guilds and anchors, make the operation strategy and activity plan, drive the overall flow growth of the platform; 3. Track the operation data, analyze the behavior and demand of the hosts, cooperate with other departments to realize the continuous optimization of the hosts, construct the overall framework of the operation system to realize the continuous growth and retention of the hosts, increase the number of hosts and active.

Job Requirements

1. Good English or Turkish/Chinese language skills 2. Experience in overseas entertainment, live broadcast, etc. . Familiar with overseas social operation and ecology. 3, has the related resources and the contact channel, can the stable introduction to the stationed platform. 4. Positive and optimistic personality, with good sense of service, learning ability, ability to resist pressure and team spirit.
