Job Responsibilities

Based on the sales plan, accurately position the distributors in the countries and regions under jurisdiction, establish cooperation and achieve the sales targets. 2. Based on the company's market positioning and demands, proactively develop new overseas distributors and potential custom clients to expand the company's overseas business. 3. Actively promote sales to overseas distributors and custom clients, including product promotion, inquiry response and quotation, sample provision, order processing, international logistics, and order collection follow-up, as well as communication and resolution of various sales-related issues. 4. Maintain regular communication with clients and fully utilize innovative and proactive marketing methods to boost sales. 5. Manage distributors, conduct regular communication and training with overseas distributors, understand their actual situations and demands, and at the same time guide and support them in promoting the company's products to boost sales growth. 6. Accept company training, quickly learn industry and product knowledge, and accelerate the process of familiarizing oneself with the company, industry, and products. 7. Assist in product registration in overseas markets. 8. Actively cooperate with other departments to promote sales work.

Job Requirements

1. bachelor's degree, over 3 years of sales experience in the biological science field, with a background in biology or medicine preferred. 2. Have a foundation in biological or medical consumables, with experience in laboratory consumables export sales preferred. 3. Strong learning ability and stress resistance, have the intention to engage in business development and sales-related work, and be able to adapt to business trips. 4. Proficient in written English communication and good oral English skills, with additional proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, or Korean preferred. 5. Energetic, passionate, diligent, and down-to-earth.
