中节能铁汉生态环境股份有限公司（简称中节能铁汉）前身为深圳市铁汉生态环境股份有限公司，成立于2001年8月7日，2011年3月29日在深圳证券交易所创业板挂牌上市，为创业板首家生态环境建设上市公司（股票代码：300197）。2018年12月，深圳市投资控股有限公司（简称深投控）成为公司战略股东。2021年2月，中国节能环保集团有限公司（简称中国节能）成为公司控股股东，国务院国资委成为公司实际控制人。中节能铁汉开启了央企、地方国企和民营企业混改新征程。 中节能铁汉是国家级高新技术企业、中国环保产业骨干企业、中国生态修复和环境建设领军企业，主营业务涵盖生态修复、生态环保、生态景观和生态科技四大方向，拥有集策划、规划、设计、研发、投融资、建设、生产、资源循环利用及运营等为一体的全产业链，拥有以院士工作站为核心的多个技术创新平台，具备完整的生态修复和环境治理技术体系，取得国家授权专利374件，获得省部级科技奖10项。已完成千余项生态修复工程和环境治理工程，能够为客户提供一揽子生态环境建设与运营的综合解决方案。 中节能铁汉及下属子公司拥有市政公用工程施工总承包一级、水利水电工程施工总承包一级、建筑工程施工总承包一级、机电工程施工总承包一级、环保工程专业承包一级、地基基础工程专业承包二级、电子与智能化工程专业承包二级等施工资质，以及工程设计环境工程（水污染防治）专项甲级、工程设计环境工程（污染修复工程）专项乙级、工程设计市政行业(给水工程、排水工程、道路工程、桥梁工程）专业乙级、风景园林工程设计专项甲级、城乡规划编制乙级等规划设计资质。China Energy Conservation Tiehan Ecological Environment Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Energy Conservation Tiehan), formerly known as Shenzhen Tiehan Ecological Environment Co., Ltd., was established on August 7, 2001 and listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on March 29, 2011. It is the first ecological environment construction listed company on the ChiNext board (stock code: 300197). In December 2018, Shenzhen Investment Holding Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shenzhen Investment Holding) became a strategic shareholder of the company. In February 2021, China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Energy Conservation) became the controlling shareholder of the company, and the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council became the actual controller of the company. China Energy saving Tiehan has embarked on a new journey of mixed ownership reform among central enterprises, local state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises. China Energy saving Tiehan is a national high-tech enterprise, a backbone enterprise in China's environmental protection industry, and a leading enterprise in China's ecological restoration and environmental construction. Its main business covers four directions: ecological restoration, ecological environmental protection, ecological landscape, and ecological technology. It has a full industry chain integrating planning, planning, design, research and development, investment and financing, construction, production, resource recycling, and operation. It has multiple technological innovation platforms centered on academician workstations, a complete ecological restoration and environmental governance technology system, and has obtained 374 national authorized patents and 10 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards. China Energy saving Tiehan and its subsidiaries have construction qualifications such as first level general contracting for municipal public works construction, first level general contracting for water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction, first level general contracting for building engineering construction, first level general contracting for mechanical and electrical engineering construction, first level professional contracting for environmental protection engineering, second level professional contracting for foundation engineering, and second level professional contracting for electronic and intelligent engineering. They also have planning and design qualifications such as Class A for engineering design environmental engineering (water pollution prevention and control), Class B for engineering design environmental engineering (pollution remediation engineering), Class B for engineering design municipal industry (water supply engineering, drainage engineering, road engineering, bridge engineering), Class A for landscape engineering design, and Class B for urban and rural planning preparation.
