·Handle all complains and feedback directed from Singapore airline and Silkair. Arrange for order dispatch and return with logistic team, make logistic arrangement for request to be fulfilled. Communicate with passenger and vendors via phone and email to fulfill special requests. Manage and handle PPS member enquiry and order, supervise processing of VIP order fulfilment.
·Engage in B2B international trading activity such as trading of metals, rare stone, fuel and forex. Remain communication with associates worldwide on latest buying and selling information. Facilitate communication between buyer and seller and inspect and amend draft contract.
