-Organize and attend to the regular meetings, point the risks & make assumptions related to the tender documents. -Make bid plan and track the progress of completeness. -Make clarifications with customer for the tecnical & commercial terms and output them to the project team -Guide sales team and output unique bid strategy to win the tender -Closely work with technical solution team in order to match customer's requirement and company's proposal. -Handle estimation process in order to calculate profitability accurate -Prepare decision making slides and report them to the decision makers

-Study and output local needs and bring them together as social responsibility project. -Analyse the risks & assumptions of the each project and make improvement plan -Release volunteering applications through AIESEC system, interview with the candidates from diffirent countries and allocate them into different projects based on their skills & abilities -Raise funds for the project and plan the budget -Closely work with other NGOs, press and municipalities to organize mutual events and improve the recognition of the organization -Lead project teams and generate solutions for the problems.
