This is where it all began. My first training session was led during this period and I couldn't stop anymore. • Mined data through incidents, problems and changes to engineer hundreds of process improvements, which were awarded several times; • Assembled old procedures, updated and restructured them according to UX/UI best practices, which reduced rework, improved the team's technical learning curve and secured me a promotion; • Formed the first training community in our department by being the first Junior employee to deliver technical training to senior staff, which made me the first employee of my department to receive a "hall of fame" award.
