Am Boswell, Cameroonian of 27 years old. I came to China in 2017 where i graduated from a business school. I got my MBA diploma in 2019 in Zhejiang and later moved to Shanghai where i worked as part time customer service for about half a year. I later moved to Guangzhou where i worked as a sourcing agent for a foreign Company. I love everything about business. i am hardworking, fast learner and very enthusiastic. I can speak both french and english and also have some computer knowledge.
Joys distribution is a foreign owned company with the main office in central Africa. Thats an import and export company. I was charged to look for products and suppliers for our potential customers in Africa and provide the best quotations to them. My job also required me to answers to their enquiries by mail, by phone calls and on whatsapp. I also had to organize the shipping of goods ans visit factories.
My company was selling games online to french market. That was a part time job. I had to reply to customers enquiries by email, phone call and on the company’s website. Also had to check the reviews and convince potential customers to place orders.
We had 2 years for courses and one year to prepare our thesis. Main lectures included business negotiations, e-commerce, entrepreneurship, international trade, finance, marketing and many others.
