I experienced with research different type of goods like: consumer goods, decorations, furniture, equipment, etc. I have made direct purchasing, quality control, attending various fairs and reporting to the clients. Sourcing, concept creating, purchasing my field. Interior design, material and decorations matching my passion.

I was responsible for a private label collection of shoes with designers and technicians cooperation. We created collections of shoes, bags, accessories, jewelry and hosiery goods. Worked on sample precision, size matching, material compliance, etc. Research the fashion industry has been a big part of my job. My duties as well included sales analyses, planning and adjustments , ordering and purchasing collection from China. I developed and expanded range of related products, increased the margin and, as a result, the turnover of stores.

Experience with worldwide fashion retail. My team opened the first Zara store in Ukraine. My duty was arranging and monitoring of the workflow: planning and staff training, merchandising - control of the display of goods, ordering merchandise by seasons and delivery times, scheduling store timetable. Interacting with various structural and external parties. The successful start of the global trading company in Ukraine as an outcome of hard work.

I have been developing new furniture retail project from very beginning. Relying on my experience in selling Italian furniture I implemented my skills and knowledge to develop new retail concept in furniture trading for that time and place, designed retail space and created furniture collection from Indonesian and Chinese manufactures. Attended all related fairs in Europe, Asia and the USA. Product market research, collection options and suppliers selection was my main task at fairs. I managed the supply chain, negotiated with supplier and factories, was responsible for pricing policy and marketing strategy. My project was successful from zero to 7 million turnover per year in three years.
