Training and People Management4.1 To improve their professional capabilities by participating in various training4.2 Communicate with negotiation manager to receive a clear career planFINANCIAL PERFORMANCE5. Financial Performance5.1 Develop the monthly objectives for the part which take in charge5.2 According to monthly data analysis to understand the status and take action5.3 Improve and complete the estimates5.4 For all negotiated deferred benefits, proof of the correct application of agreements must be documented and archived.
