Able to handle conflict resolution on resource assignments and make difficult decisions to resolve resource conflicts and ensure Misys is making the best use of their limited resourcesStrong analytical skills with the ability to analyze results, identify patterns, and develop solutionsExcellent knowledge of project management methodology having worked in a consulting or similar industry for more than five yearsAble to work across teams and all levels of the business to understand current and future resourcing needsKnowledge of the business process and roles used in executing projectsEducated to a minimum Bachelor Degree level
