Job Requirements

Must have• Understanding and experience of Product Development Life Cycle, Business Requirement Specification documentation and experience of working in an Agile environment.• 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in the Core banking arena with specialized knowledge of Chinese banking operations.• Should have worked in a banking/ financial institution in China across core banking functions for retail banking and good awareness of commercial banking.• Should have worked in core banking product/solutions IT companies with hands-on experience in product development/ business analysis.• Candidate should be self-motivated; target oriented and should be able to meet set timelines.• Excellent oral and written communication with fluency in Chinese and English, analytical thinking and good interpersonal skills.• Ability to work in a team environment across time zones and countries.Good to have• Customer facing Implementation experience for 1-2 implementation cycles is a plus.• Exposure to how banking works in other markets/geos is desirable.
