Job Responsibilities

The Localization PM will support and influence the localization strategy and drive the successful implementation of localization/translation projects by driving the strategy, implementation and testing of the best possible tools, technologies and processes. You will ensure accuracy of information provided to our client, and manage in-house translators to ensure high linguistic quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with a variety of partners including other in-house and external PMs, in-house translators, and Operational and Business stakeholders 2. Manage multiple projects by configuring appropriate priorities 3. Coordinating activities and monitoring resources, workload, and progress throughout projects 4. Identifying necessary resources (people, hardware, software, trainings, etc.) with relevant functional manager 5. Tracking and monitoring project schedules and ensuring expected targets are achieved 6. Reporting project progress to project stakeholders through emails, phone calls or project meetings 7. Other tasks assigned by project leader/direct manager

Job Requirements

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or related field • Native or near-native English speaker, good command of mandarin Chinese preferred and working knowledge of a second/third language desirable • Self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment • Detail-oriented, hard-working, cooperative and able to work under great pressure • Resourceful, confident and willing to take initiatives and able to communicate effectively with clients, internal resources and extended team members • Adaptable to cross-cultural working environment • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and PPT. • 3-5 years’ experience of PM in localization industry is a plus
