Job Responsibilities
1. Organize the relevant personnel to develop clients and establish sales channels based on regional goals and product characteristics, and be responsible for achieving sales targets. 2. Fully understand the various channel situations and competitive products in the assigned region. Implement the company's overseas sales policies and formulate specific sales execution plans and schedules accordingly. 3. Manage regional sell-in and sell-out, ensuring the accuracy of sales forecasts. 4. Assist with market promotion activities and channel expansion in the assigned region. 5. Thoroughly understand and monitor competitors, gather market information, and provide sales strategy recommendations. 6. Optimize business module requirements, analyze monthly inventory and activation data, and use market insights to further drive business growth.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of overseas sales experience. Experience with cleaning products, smart home products, or personal care products is preferred. Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil. 2. Fluent in English, able to use it as the working language, and willing to be relocated. 3. Strong ability to explore new markets, with experience in market expansion and channel management preferred.
