Job Responsibilities

Objective of Job: This role is responsible for formulating, organizing and coordinating the purchasing plan of the company or department to achieve the desired target of goods type, inventory and profit. The ideal candidate is the key liaison and integration point for global markets in demand planning and order management. This position will incorporate business intelligence and planning information and dialogue with inter-departments, regional team and headquarters. Responsibilities: Operation Management ➢ Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services; ➢ Keep track of quality, quantity. Stock level, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency; ➢ Manage the buyer and admin team to ensure that the purchased products meet the clients’ needs; ➢ Develop and maintain internal communication channels between the department including sales, marketing, finance, logistics and other relevant functional departments of the organization. Material Planning ➢ Set up goals of supplier management, lead implementation of supplier continuing improvement, ensure the stock and on time delivery and supplier cooperation; ➢ Set up and review material and production plan, ensure the accuracy and rationality of planning. Demand Planning and Order Management: ➢ Managing and supporting global markets in Sales Forecasting and the entire order-to-delivery process and activities; ➢ Manage the formulation, correctness, and analysis of sales forecasts in different region, orders and production plans. Logistics Purchasing ➢ Support with purchasing process and apply sourcing strategies locally, regionally and globally for all purchasing request to drive financial targets (savings, cost avoidance, value creations) and achieve service level(quality) agreement; ➢ Secure all contractual terms and clauses are with corporate benefits (standard template) and negotiate for any exceptions; ➢ Perform purchasing due diligence for working documents management i.e. RFQ files, vendor quotations, bidding records, supplier performance appraisals, etc. Customs Clearance ➢ Management of all inbound and outbound shipments within Trade Port area in China or overseas; ➢ Management of Customs Clearance activities and daily requirements (Meeting with required parties) as needed. Process Integration Management ➢ Lead and support cross-functional and cross-regional teams defining rules, flows and logistics costs for each import/export project; ➢ Coordinate IT systems specification development, implementation, and enhancement; ➢ Ensure on-going compliance with agreements and global initiatives as well as correct application of defined processes and standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: ➢ Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business Administration, Management or related field; ➢ More than 7 years in operation management, demand planning, supply chain management or purchasing management; ➢ Demonstrated proficiency in statistics and forecasting, strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skills; ➢ Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process; ➢ Good facilitation and project management skills, ability to set stretch goals, create and sustain energy and focus around business goals; ➢ Ability to problem-solve and deliver accurate, meaningful, and insightful information to key stakeholders; ➢ Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
