Role: As Brand Digital Supervisor you will be part of our multi-cultural marketing department, working closely with our e-commerce and creative teams. Your role will be to develop our brand image and notoriety, expanding visibility and awareness through digital communications. Mission: 1. Manage international digital strategies: plan and implement market-oriented action plans in line with marketing strategy and objectives, ensuring branding consistency throughout all operations, platforms and countries 2. Lead digital communication campaigns: proactively plan and coordinate brand, product and promotional campaigns on various digital platforms including but not limited to our website, newsletter, app, advertising, social media etc. 3. Supervise branding digital advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and awareness on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram or Youtube, manage operations with constant tracking to ensure branding objectives are exceeded 4. Develop our corporate digital image: position us as a young fast-growing cool tech company creating corporate digital content and managing our LinkedIn account 5. Animate our Website creating regular news articles, ensuring content quality, supporting for new product pages, developing campaign landing pages etc. 6. Manage Newsletters creating contents through Mailchimp, managing our subscriber database and tracking performance in order to lead traffic to our e-shop 7. Create visual assets such as graphics and videos dedicated to digital communications working closely with our creatives and designers from creative brief to quality control. 8. Supervise English content creation: copywriting, technical writing & proofreading for all marketing & communications content (slogans, web articles & product pages, social media posts, newsletters, product descriptions, user manuals, app content etc.) 9. Coordinate, control & measure operations through digital calendar planning, budget management, KPIs analysis, ROAs tracking, campaign reporting etc. 10. Support marketing team on other projects based on activity such as social media management, PR, online collabs, digital support for distributors etc.
Profile: - Bachelor or Master’s degree in coms or digital marketing - Minimum 2 years of related work experience with proven performance in digital advertising and branding - Solid knowledge of the latest digital trends, tools & platforms with professional command of FB Manager and Google Ads.
