Job Responsibilities

-Perform comprehensive localization testing for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, encompassing various stages such as download/update, registration/login, onboarding guidance, core functionality exploration, scenario-specific validation, promotional features, privacy compliance, network performance under different conditions, and device compatibility testing to ensure optimal user experience. -Execute rigorous payment testing for international payment channels, including but not limited to order processing, transaction visibility, and cancellation procedures, across diverse carrier and bank card scenarios to guarantee seamless financial transactions. -Conduct thorough evaluation testing of competitive products, focusing on functionality, network performance, and usability across both iOS and Android platforms to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. -Capture and document screen recordings as per project requirements, meticulously documenting encountered bugs and anomalies to facilitate efficient issue resolution. -Compile and submit comprehensive test reports, along with testing activity summaries and insightful recommendations to stakeholders, providing valuable insights for product enhancement and optimization.

Job Requirements

-Proficiency in conducting localization, payment, and competitive product evaluation testing across iOS and Android platforms. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and articulate issues effectively. -Excellent communication skills with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely. -Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines. -QA tasks assigned to you will usually require 24-48 hours turnaround time and the workload ranges from 2-16 hour per project each test cycle.
