Job Responsibilities
1.Responsible for overseas customer repair training; 2.Responsible for repairing, testing returned equipment, and troubleshooting customer site equipment during business trips; 3.Responsible for data analysis of repairs, promoting R&D quality improvement; 4.Responsible for optimizing and improving the efficiency of repair processes, developing and managing authorized repair points for overseas customers.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with good English listening, speaking, and writing skills; 2.Good copywriting ability, familiar with related text editing tools; 3.Proficient in using various office tools and strong hands-on capabilities; 4.Participated in writing policy and process documents, various meeting minutes, and summaries; 5.Excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and stress resistance, willing to travel locally/internationally.
