Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for formulating C-end business strategies for target countries; 2. Responsible for formulating annual business plans for target countries and promoting sales implementation; 3. Responsible for managing C-end customer relationships in the target country, including developing distribution channels and maintaining relationships; 4. Responsible for negotiating, achieving, and following up on orders from target country customers; 5. Track and manage sales payments to ensure timely collection of sales payments; 6. Responsible for organizing the collection of market information and customer feedback; 7. Responsible for registering and maintaining overseas subsidiaries, operating and managing overseas employees; 8. Build a local team based on market strategy;
Job Requirements
1. More than 5 years of international sales experience in chemical related products, with priority given to agricultural and chemical related industries; 2. Familiar with the operation process of foreign trade business; 3. English can be used as the working language; 4. Strong communication and management skills, strong service awareness; Having a strong sense of exploration, daring to face challenges and solve difficulties; 5. Identify with the company culture and values; Responsible, with a sense of confidentiality, able to adapt to working overseas.
