Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct demand analysis and trend forecasting in overseas markets, and grasp industry trends; 2. According to the results of market analysis, formulate sales strategies and plans to ensure the realization of sales targets; 3. Establish and maintain good relationships with overseas customers and improve customer satisfaction; 4. Responsible for the daily management and training of the overseas sales team to improve the overall performance of the team; 5. Cooperate with other departments, participate in business negotiations, and promote cooperation projects; 6. Organize and implement marketing activities to enhance the visibility of the company's brand in overseas markets.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, business management and other related majors is preferred; 2. At least 3 years of overseas sales experience in microinverters or related fields; 3. Fluent in local language (such as German, French) or English, able to communicate with overseas customers proficiently; 4. Have keen market insight and be able to respond quickly to market changes; 5. Good at team building and talent training, with team management experience; 6. Have strong communication and coordination skills, and be able to coordinate the resources of all parties to achieve sales targets; 7. Understand international trade regulations and procedures, and have a sense of risk prevention and control; 8. Able to adapt to business trips or long-term work arrangements abroad, with strong adaptability and ability to work under pressure; 9. And other work arranged by the leader.
