Job Responsibilities

1. Primarily responsible for directing and producing videos for social media advertising platforms such as TikTok and Facebook, including post-production tasks like editing, subtitle effects, packaging, and compositing; 2. Organize and collect material for short video programs, grasp the overall style of the video content, and actively and effectively complete post-production work; 3. Produce, edit, and arrange videos based on creative scripts or copy; 4. Have a good sense of editing, with the ability to control video logic, rhythm, emotion, and music; 5. Be skilled in using various editing techniques, colors, music, and sound effects to enhance the visual impact; 6. Familiar with the conversion between different audio and video codecs, with unique editing techniques and skills; 7. Be meticulous, patient, responsible, have a strong sense of time, and possess the ability to think independently.

Job Requirements

1. Over 2 years of experience in short video (advertising material) for social media, proficient in editing skills, and passionate about short videos; experience in optimizing second-category e-commerce video materials, and familiarity with household goods materials is preferred. 2. Proficient in using audio and video editing software such as Photoshop (PS), Premiere (PR), and After Effects (AE); 3. Familiar with lighting and composition, have a good control over color grading and details, and have a good grasp of the theme, rhythm, color, and other aspects of the work, with unique insights; 4. A deep user of TikTok, sensitive to social hotspots and trends, and enjoy the creative process; 5. Able to handle various video styles, with a good sense of aesthetics, rhythm, and music; familiar with short video gameplay, sensitive to hot topics, good at innovation, and have active and creative thinking; 6. Have more than 1 year of team management experience and can lead the team to achieve goals.
