Job Responsibilities

As our Corporate Services Manager you will be expected to take initiative, organize, and supervise administrative and corporate services activities and functions that facilitate the smooth running of our company and its culture. Your Role: • Responsible for office relocation, renovation & design • Café, admin, and janitorial staff management – Assign and monitor our team’s work tasks and performance review • Vendor management (office decorations, stationery and other relative vendors) • Office facilities maintenance & management • Organize routine activities such as staff birthday parties, holiday celebrations, and internal/external events • Support in any CSOFT global activities • Planning and implementing employee-development and team-building activities, both external and within the office • Assist with monthly attendance record tracking; handling temporary residential permits, work permits and resident visas for employees; supporting campus recruitment, interview schedules • Ensuring high quality customer service to our clients, visitors, and guests MILK & Cookies Cafe Operation One of the central points of CSOFT culture is our MILK & Cookies Café, which represents the diversity of our people and our cultures. As our Corporate Services Manager you will be in charge of ensuring the café runs smoothly and that the menu remains consistent with employees’ needs. Your duties will include expenditure & budget management, managing café menus, hosting events, and promising quality.
