Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above.- At least 2 years sales management experience (TSM/DSM and above) and/or 3 years distributor management experience in commercial sales preferred.- Device channel management experience.- Strong customer and market focus mind with business acumen and solid skills in distributor management.- Strong Leadership skills with ability to lead the different tiers distributors, the ability to foster strong relationships for sales team.- Good business analytical skills.- Good communication skills with excellent capability in team working.- Good in the English language, both oral and written preferred.Primary Location:Asia Pacific-China-Hubei-WuhanOrganization: Johnson & Johnson Medical Shanghai Ltd.
